Returns and Exchanges

    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
  4. Refunds and Exchanges:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, within 3 days of receiving the returned item(s).
    • Exchanges will be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned item(s), subject to product availability.
  5. Final Sale Items:

    • Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
  7. Non-Returnable Items:

    • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear or swimwear may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
